Biography

Shashank Gangil is a manager with CBRE Sustainability Hong Kong, providing sustainability and green building consulting support to CBRE’s investor, developer, and occupier clients throughout the region.

His principal focus is on Green Building Certification using LEED and HK BEAM Assessment Tool, Testing and Commissioning, Energy Audit and Energy Management. Shashank also has experience of designing HVAC System for wide variety of projects like commercial, residential and industrial. He has helped the client in implementation of sustainable strategies during whole life cycle of the property, from design stage to operation stage. He has experience of collaborating with all stakeholders involved in the project like designers, contractors, commissioning authority.

Shashank has a background in Mechanical and Building Services Engineering.
